Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at PBF Energy in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations- Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our products and services- Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Contribute to the development of customer success initiatives and strategies- Provide support for customer retention efforts and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or customer success- Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for customer service- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
