Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Hess in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in customer service while working remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and energy.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues- Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services- Make decisions on customer inquiries based on company policies and procedures- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service experience- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
