Parker-Hannifin is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience preferred- Adaptable and passionate individual with a positive attitude- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team- Demonstrated cooperation and creativity in problem-solving- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required
