Remote Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Walt Disney in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in customer service management at a mid-to-senior level.

As the Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily operations, setting performance goals, training and coaching team members, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
