Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Ford Motor is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are motivated and confident in their abilities to provide exceptional customer service. As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Provide information about our products and services- Process orders and returns- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Motivated and confident personality- Strong decision-making and analysis skills- Excellent communication and listening skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- High school diploma or equivalent
