Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Lam Research, a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about our products and services.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints.4. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Requirements:1. Personality traits: The ideal candidate should be reliable and resilient when dealing with challenging situations.2. Soft skills: Strong time management and project management skills are essential for success in this role.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
