Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.2. Provide solutions and recommendations to customers to resolve their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.3. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Motivated and adaptable personality traits.3. Strong communication and innovative problem-solving skills.4. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.6. Prior experience with remote customer care is a plus.7. Must be located in Seattle, Washington, US.
