The Remote Customer Care Associate at AT&T in Houston, Texas will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to AT&T customers remotely. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.2. Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.3. Utilize effective communication skills to clearly and concisely convey information to customers.4. Document customer interactions and update customer accounts with accurate information.5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.7. Update knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.

Requirements:1. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changes in a fast-paced remote work environment.2. Hardworking: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding performance goals.3. Soft skills: Strong interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.4. Proficient in using computer software and technology to efficiently communicate with customers.5. Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
