Job Description:
EMCOR Group is currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.3. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns.4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. High school diploma or equivalent.
