Job Description:
Salesforce is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through remote communication channels.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements.7. Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to better serve customers.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:1. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.2. Strong cooperation and decision-making skills.3. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
