Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As part of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner- Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures- Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction- Demonstrate emotional intelligence when interacting with customers to understand and address their needs effectively- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Independent and adaptable personality traits- Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
