Job Description:

Chesapeake Energy is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients3. Assist with resolving customer issues and inquiries4. Utilize company systems and software to process customer requests5. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively7. Must have a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
