Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Utilize company software systems to document customer interactions and resolve issues- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings- Continuously develop and improve your knowledge of company products and services- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Reliable and driven personality with a strong work ethic- Excellent planning and organizational skills- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software applications- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
