Job Description:
Univar is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, dedicated, and possess strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.6. Utilize company systems and tools to input and track customer information and requests.7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and concerns.8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection.8. Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
