Unity Technologies is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level position, the Remote Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers worldwide. Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center environment- Passionate about technology and customer service- Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
