Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a dedicated Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, and possess excellent time management and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries, complaints, and requests- Provide accurate information about products and services- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures- Utilize various software platforms to manage customer interactions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs- High school diploma or equivalent
