Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Communications Specialist to join our team at Priceline Group in San Antonio, Texas. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and passionate about creating effective communication strategies.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement communication plans to promote the company's products and services.2. Write and edit content for press releases, social media posts, email campaigns, and other communication materials.3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, making adjustments as needed.4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.5. Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other partners to increase brand visibility.6. Assist in crisis communication efforts, responding to media inquiries and managing public relations issues.7. Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall marketing and branding efforts of the company.8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in communication.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.3. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.4. Leadership skills and the ability to think strategically.5. Experience with social media management and content creation.6. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools.8. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
