Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:The Remote Communications Specialist at Clorox is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to engage with stakeholders and the public. This role will focus on managing social media platforms, writing press releases, creating marketing materials, and maintaining brand consistency across all communications. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, detail-oriented, and persuasive in their communication style.

Responsibilities:- Manage and update social media accounts to engage with customers and promote brand awareness- Write and distribute press releases to media outlets and journalists- Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters- Maintain brand consistency in all communications- Collaborate with internal teams to develop communication strategies- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies- Respond to inquiries and feedback from stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in social media management and content creation- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects- Previous experience in a communications role is a plus but not required
