Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through remote channels. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, and possess strong leadership and analysis skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues through various remote channels such as phone, email, and chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to meet business goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
