Job Description:
Dover is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and address any issues or feedback in a timely manner- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the overall customer experience- Manage and mentor a team of Client Service Representatives to ensure performance goals are met
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field- Proven track record of at least 6 years in client service management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in research and people management- Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus
