Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Service Associate at SAP, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. You will work remotely from Seattle, Washington, US, collaborating with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality within our organization. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and resolve any issues they may have- Provide product and service information to clients and assist them in making informed decisions- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and policies- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and offer suggestions for process improvements

Requirements:- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support- Resourcefulness in solving problems and finding solutions- Strong decision-making and planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
