Job Description:As a Remote Client Service Assistant at Harman International Industries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients from a remote location. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the heart of Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and account management- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
Requirements:- Confident and driven individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and in a team setting- Strong communication skills- High school diploma or equivalent
