Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at Booking.com in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients from a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner- Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company to ensure client needs are met- Utilize problem-solving skills to handle client complaints and escalations- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively educate clients- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals- Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements:- No previous experience required; training will be provided- Resourceful and driven personality traits- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and ability to multitask- Ability to work independently in a remote environment- Proficiency in using technology and various software programs- Innovation and creativity in problem-solving- High school diploma or equivalent required
