Job Description:
As a Remote Client Relations Manager at Kroger, located in Phoenix, Arizona, US, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients remotely. This part-time position requires a high level of independence and drive to succeed.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and engagement- Communicate with clients regularly through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and video conferencing- Provide clients with regular updates on products, services, and industry trends- Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience
Requirements:- 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically- Excellent communication and persuasion skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
