As a Remote Client Relations Manager at Asbury Automotive Group, based in Houston, Texas, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with our clients. This part-time position is best suited for individuals with 7 or more years of experience in client relations, at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely through phone calls, video conferences, and email correspondence.2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.5. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention.6. Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.7. Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and resilient personality traits to effectively handle client interactions and challenging situations.2. Strong emotional intelligence to understand and respond to clients' needs effectively.3. Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.4. 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field.5. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting targets.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
