- Managing communication with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to provide insights to clients- Assisting in the development and execution of client engagement strategies- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Requirements for this position include:
