Job Description:United States Steel is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience. As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries and resolve issues- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and company policies- Maintain client records and update relevant information in our database- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and expansion- Monitor client satisfaction levels and develop action plans to address any areas of concern- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve job performance
Requirements:- Driven and independent mindset to work effectively in a remote environment- Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills to provide exceptional service to clients- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience in client relations, customer service, or sales is a plus
