American Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely and assist with client relations for our financial services company.
Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure satisfaction with our services.2. Coordinate client appointments, schedule meetings, and assist with follow-up communications.3. Assist with client account maintenance and data entry tasks in our CRM system.4. Conduct research and analysis on client needs and preferences to support the development of customized financial solutions.5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement client engagement strategies.6. Provide administrative support as needed, including creating reports, managing documents, and organizing client information.7. Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve client relations and overall business performance.
