As a Remote Client Relations Assistant at Merck in Austin, Texas, your primary role will be to support the client relations team by providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is adaptable, energetic, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support- Assist in creating and maintaining client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide insights for client relations strategies- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the client relations team, including virtual conferences and networking events- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and presentations- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure a seamless client experience
