Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Northwestern Mutual in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and reliable, as well as the soft skills of creativity and teamwork.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication channels- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Hardworking and reliable personality traits- Creativity and teamwork as soft skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in typing and using chat communication platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
