Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team at Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America in New York City, New York. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our customers remotely.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via chat- Assisting customers with product information, policy details, and account management- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Strong project management skills and the ability to innovate solutions for customer needs- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work remotely and independently- Proficient in using chat support platforms and customer service software
