Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through chat, email, and phone communication channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat, email, and phone- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed- Assist in resolving escalated customer issues in a timely manner- Meet productivity targets and quality standards set by the company

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms- Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
