Remote Chat Support Assistant

Phillips 66 is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support through chat communications.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs.4. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all interactions with customers.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.7. Adhere to company guidelines and policies while interacting with customers.8. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
