Phillips 66 is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support through chat communications.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs.4. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all interactions with customers.5.
