Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at American Family Insurance Group in Denver, Colorado. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to address their inquiries and concerns- Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services- Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and other related matters- Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Utilize analytical and presentation skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:- Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions- Excellent presentation skills to communicate information clearly and professionally- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with potential for additional hours as needed
