Job Description:Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner- Assist clients with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions with clients- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Resilient and energetic personality traits- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
