Job Description:

Ro is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and provide information as needed- Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise- Utilize strategic planning skills to upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue- Deliver presentations to potential customers to promote Ro's products and services- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics to contribute to the overall success of the call center team

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Driven and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude- Strong strategic planning and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and promote Ro's products and services- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve common goals- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
