Job Description:
Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or issues- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues- Using negotiation skills to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company- Managing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity- Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers- Using resourcefulness to find answers to customer questions or concerns- Working as part of a team to meet and exceed performance goals- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Resourceful mindset and ability to think outside the box- Reliable and able to work in a remote environment- Soft skills in negotiation and people management- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
