Job Description:

Credit Karma is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and resourceful, with excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints regarding their accounts- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their concerns in a satisfactory manner- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Credit Karma products and services- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
