VSG is a national company, headquartered in Colorado specializing in Customer Support, Customer Retention, Collection Agency, and Call Center activities. VSG supports large consumer services companies with customer support, collections, call overflow and customer contact load balancing. VSG also provides student loan rehabilitation support under a sub-contract with the US Department of Education.
About the role Call center representatives use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They speak with customers, listen to them gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.
Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to answer customer questions and resolve customer issues by deescalating calls. Provide an elevated level of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality Collecting payments when needed Use computers, automated systems, and a variety of software Successfully complete training and retain information that is taught Maintain call quality and compliance Follow guidelines regarding goals, attendance, policies, and procedures Save customers from cancelling LegalShield memberships Location & commitments $13.85/hr An incentivized bonus program tied to attendance, with rewards scheduled at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. A performance-linked pay increase plan, contingent on attendance, available at both the 6-month and 1-year milestones.
