Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Oscar Health is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time role at the entry-level, this position offers a great opportunity for individuals with 1 year of experience who are resourceful, resilient, analytical, and have strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking.2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.4. Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.6. Provide support in creating and delivering sales presentations.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales.3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
