You're an addition to the company's energy.- Adhere to Upcision policies, standards, and procedures while maintaining the company's core values**Qualifications and Skills**- Fluent in English with mínimal accent- Associates/2 year Degree (preferred)- 3+ years experience in high-volume Outbound Dialing, preferably in B2B industries- Experience working in a remote environment preferred- Experience working within a CRM system (ideally SalesForce)- Quick Learner: You catch on to new concepts easily.- Excellent, effective, and clear communication skills (both written and spoken)- Ability to demonstrate a passion for sales/persuasion and solving problems- Background and experience in a sales methodologyPay: $120.00 - $150.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- As this is a remote position, reliable internet and computer are required.
