Job description:
Erie Insurance Group is seeking a Remote Administrative Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in administrative support. This position is full-time and will be working remotely.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner- Assist with project management and coordination- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- Resilient and able to work independently- Strong people management skills- Persuasive and able to influence others- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
