Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Tyson Foods is currently seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our business operations.

Responsibilities:- Generate and send out invoices to customers- Follow up on overdue payments- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Communicate with customers regarding their account status- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable- Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Attention to detail and accuracy- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
