Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

AGCO is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team based in Chicago, Illinois, US. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable. As a Remote Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing and processing payments, reconciling accounts, and assisting with collections.

Responsibilities:- Review and process incoming payments from customers- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy- Assist with collections efforts, including contacting customers for payment reminders- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable

Requirements:- Resourceful and independent work ethic- Adaptability to changing priorities and processes- Strong cooperation and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred- Ability to work remotely and independently
