Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Qualcomm is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or account management. As a Remote Account Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and helping them navigate our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, and chat- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and navigating our products- Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:- Dedicated and motivated individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
