Job Description:As a Remote Account Support Specialist at Lear, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients while working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. In this part-time Associate Level position, you will be expected to leverage your expertise in account management and support to help maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.2. Maintain and update client account information in our database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.4. Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.5. Provide support for account management initiatives and assist with client onboarding processes.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.3. Resourceful and adaptable to changing client needs.4. Ability to make sound decisions and bring innovative solutions to the table.5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
