Job Description:
Rockwell Collins is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a dedicated and independent individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in account support roles.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to clients with account-related inquiries and issues- Assist in managing client accounts, including processing payments and updating information- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide solutions- Utilize creativity to troubleshoot and problem-solve account issues- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account support- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in account support or related roles- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently- Dedication to providing excellent customer service- Ability to think creatively to solve problems- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Vision insurance and training & professional development opportunities
