Remote Account Support Representative

We are looking for a part-time Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Chevron in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist with troubleshooting account issues and resolving them in a timely manner.3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
