Job Description:
Epic Games is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, possess emotional intelligence, and excel at people management.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to Epic Games account holders via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot account-related issues and provide timely resolutions- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex account issues- Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or customer service roles- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Emotional intelligence and strong people management skills
