Job Description:
Baxalta, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to account managers in managing client accounts- Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records- Analyze data and produce reports for account managers- Assist with administrative tasks to support the account management team
Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service or account support role- Resourceful and adaptable, able to thrive in a remote work environment- Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
